As long as you are a duly organized company with a government issued tax identification number from a participation- eligible country and do not have an existing Preferred Corporate Rate (PCR) with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, you may be eligible for the program. Individuals may not participate in the program.
Is my company too large to participate in Club Carlson for Business? If you don’t already have an existing global Preferred Corporate Rate (PCR) with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, you may be eligible for the program. However, most large companies are better suited to a Preferred Corporate Rate and should contact a Carlson Rezidor sales professional via email at Midwestsales@carlsonrezidor.com to discuss options.
How do I enroll in Club Carlson for Business? You may request enrollment into Club Carlson for Business by either contacting a sales specialist at any Carlson Rezidor hotel or by filling out the enrollment request form on this site. After your enrollment request is reviewed and your eligibility confirmed, you will be contacted with your new member credentials and everything you need to start earning points.
I manage a local branch of a large company. Can I enroll my local branch? Club Carlson for Business is designed for small/medium sized businesses that don’t already benefit from a global Preferred Corporate Rate (PCR) at Carlson Rezidor hotels. If you belong to a larger organization, your company may already participate in the PCR program. If not, we welcome you to request enrollment in Club Carlson for Business but the parent company and all branches must participate together as individual branches are not eligible for participation.
Are companies in any country eligible for participation? Currently only companies with a government-issued ID in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Canada, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic of, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States are eligible to participate.
Our administrator for the program is no longer with our company. How do I set up a new contact/administrator? Changes to the administrator of your account can be made by contacting Club Carlson for Business Member Services at CCforBusiness@carlsonrezidor.com.
Can I convert my personal Club Carlson account into a Club Carlson for Business account? No. Companies must have a separate Club Carlson for Business account. Any Gold Points earned through Club Carlson for Business belong to the company enrolled and cannot be issued to an individual account.
Why does my company have both a Club Carlson number as well as a Company ID? Your Company ID is the number that identifies your company on your hotel reservations. This number should be shared with anybody within your company that makes reservations at Carlson Rezidor hotels. Your Club Carlson number is a private number that should be used by your administrator only. It is used to access your accrued points and redeem for awards.
Can my company set up multiple administrators for our account? Only one administrator is currently allowed for your Club Carlson for Business account.
How many Gold Points will my company earn per hotel stay? Your company will earn 8 Gold Points per U.S. dollar spent on eligible paid room rates at Carlson Rezidor hotels worldwide, excluding taxes. Your company may also earn 2 additional Gold Points per U.S. dollar spent if that reservation is made using a Carlson Rezidor hotels web site (clubcarlson.com, Radisson.com, RadissonBlu.com, RadissonEdwardian.com, CountryInns.com, ParkInns.com, ParkPlaza.com), via the company private booking page, or through one of the Carlson Rezidor hotels mobile web sites or the Club Carlson mobile app.
What is a Private Booking Page? To make booking with the Company ID easier, each company will have an exclusive booking page that can be forwarded to employees, clients, vendors and business contacts to use when booking eligible business stays at Carlson Rezidor hotels worldwide.
Can our company earn Gold Points for stays booked through a travel agent or online self-booking application? No. Stays reserved through a travel agent or online self-booking applications (e.g., Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity) are not eligible to earn Gold Points.
Can my employees and other travelers continue to earn Gold Points through their individual Club Carlson accounts when they stay at Carlson Rezidor hotels? Yes. Your business travelers may still earn Gold Points under their individual Club Carlson memberships while your company also earns Gold Points through Club Carlson for Business.
Are my employees and other travelers required to belong to Club Carlson for my company to earn Gold Points for their stays? No. You may earn Gold Points through Club Carlson for Business whether the hotel guest is a Club Carlson member or not.
We often have vendors come to visit our company. Can I earn Gold Points for their stays? Yes. We invite you to maximize your earning by using your Company ID when you arrange travel for your vendors, customers, or other business partners. They will benefit from your Club Carlson for Business 5% discount and your company will earn Gold Points for their hotel stays.
How long does it take for Gold Points to get posted to our Club Carlson for Business account? Members can typically expect to see an updated point balance within seven to ten business days following a hotel stay.
Do my company’s Gold Points expire? No. Gold Points do not have an expiration date as long as your account remains active. However, your account may be closed if no Gold Points are earned or redeemed within a 24-month period.
How do I check my company’s point balance? If you are the company’s Club Carlson for Business administrator, you can sign into clubcarlson.com using the Club Carlson number that is assigned to your company. From there, you may view point activity, view the current account balance and redeem points.
Do Club Carlson promotions also apply to Club Carlson for Business? Gold Points earned through Club Carlson are calculated separately from Gold Points earned through Club Carlson for Business, so Club Carlson promotional offers do not apply to Club Carlson for Business. We may offer promotions specific to Club Carlson for Business from time to time.
Can my company earn Gold Points for stays at all Carlson Rezidor hotels? Your company may earn Gold Points for stays at Carlson Rezidor hotels, including Radisson, Radisson Blu, Country Inns & Suites, Park Inn by Radisson, and Park Plaza hotels worldwide.

Can my company also earn Gold Points through Club Carlson for Business by booking meetings and other events? As long as hotel stays are paid for individually (not on a master bill), your company may earn Gold Points for room nights while attending or hosting meetings and other events. Meeting rooms are not eligible to earn Gold Points in Club Carlson for Business. If your company is organizing a meeting or event where guest and meeting rooms are paid for centrally (on one master bill), we encourage you to check out Club Carlson for Planners, a program specifically designed to award meeting and event planners.
How do I redeem Gold Points for my company? Gold Points may be redeemed by the account administrator by logging onto clubcarlson.com using your company’s assigned Club Carlson number. Clubcarlson.com contains instructions for how to redeem the various awards available.
When redeeming for an award night, the reservation details will default to the administrator's contact details, but may be changed to another traveler's details by selecting the "Another Guest" option on the reservation form.

Can my company exchange Gold Points for airline miles? Gold Points must first be transferred to an individual Club Carlson account with the same name that is on the airline account before converting them to airline miles. Please call Member Services at 888-845-2233 for assistance.
Can I redeem my Gold Points for a free night at any Carlson Rezidor hotel? Yes. Redemptions are available at over 1,000 destinations worldwide, based on availability. Gold Points required varies by hotel. See the Club Carlson Award Night table for points required.
Can I change or cancel an award reservation once it has been made? Yes. You may cancel through the method of original booking or by calling Member Services .
What kind of discount does my company get by being a Club Carlson for Business member? As a Club Carlson for Business customer, we’re happy to extend a 5% discount on standard room rates at participating hotels. This rate will be offered when you provide your Company ID at the time the reservation is made. If your company already has a negotiated rate at a particular hotel (or multiple hotels), you may continue to utilize that rate when staying at that hotel and take advantage of the 5% discount when you stay at other participating Carlson Rezidor hotels.
How does my company take advantage of the Club Carlson for Business discount? Provide your Company ID when making reservations at Carlson Rezidor hotels worldwide. A 5% discount will be given on the standard nightly room rate.
Does the discount apply to all rates? The 5% Club Carlson for Business discount applies to the standard room rate only. If you’re booking online, the discounted rate will automatically display for you when you provide your Company ID.
Does the discount apply to food and beverage purchases at the hotel? No. The 5% Club Carlson for Business discount applies to standard room rates only and does not extend to food and beverage purchases.
I already have a negotiated rate at a Carlson Rezidor hotel. Can I continue to use it? If your company already has a negotiated rate at a particular hotel (or multiple hotels), you may continue to utilize your negotiated rate at that hotel and take advantage of the 5% discount when you stay at other Carlson Rezidor hotels.
