1. CLUB CARLSON PROGRAM
Club Carlson, along with its website, www.clubcarlson.com (the "Program") is a customer hotel loyalty program offered by Carlson Hotels, Inc. (“Carlson Hotels”) that rewards travelers who stay at participating hotels. When you enroll in the Program, you are eligible to collect Gold Points® reward points ("Points") on eligible stays at participating hotels and to redeem the collected Points for hotel stays, airline miles and other rewards ("Rewards"). In addition, Carlson Hotels may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, involve third parties as "Program Partners" in the Program. These Program Partners and the basis on which they are participating will be displayed on the clubcarlson.com website, and may require compliance with additional terms and conditions.  All Club Carlson benefits and services are subject to availability, may vary by hotel, and are subject to change without notice.

2. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Carlson Hotels Privacy Policy (incorporated herein) (collectively, the "Program Rules") that Carlson Hotels may adopt from time to time in its discretion. Review our Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Program, you are expressly agreeing to be bound by the Program Rules as they are amended from time to time. You also agree to review the Program Rules regularly so that you can make informed decisions about your participation in the Program and the personal information you choose to share with us.

To enroll in the Program you must have a valid address and email address and be an individual who is at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the place where you live, whichever is older. This program is available worldwide at participating qualifying hotels except where prohibited by law.

You may only enroll in the Program for yourself, and may not collect or redeem Points for anyone other than yourself. If we accept your application for enrollment in the Program we will establish an account in your name and provide you with your new membership credentials. If you enroll online or through the member service center you will receive your Club Carlson membership card ("Card") in the mail after your first point eligible hotel stay. Individual memberships in Club Carlson is for personal use only and an individual may have no more than one membership account and cannot earn points on multiple accounts. Businesses, associations, and any other non-personal entities are not eligible to participate in the Program except as permitted through the Club Carlson for Business program. Membership of the Program is not open to employees of the Rezidor Hotel Group and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates except for specially designated employee incentive programs.

We reserve the right at any time to limit Program enrollment. We may refuse at any time at our sole discretion without any liability to you to enroll you, modify or terminate your membership, or void or cancel your entire Point balance if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting in our sole discretion that (i) there has been a violation of these Program Rules and/or the misuse of the Program; (ii) any account activity is attempted or Points are issued, received, or redeemed through fraud, dishonesty, theft, other illegal means, or otherwise except as expressly authorized in the Program Rules; or (iii) an individual has attempted to obtain or maintain more than one account; in addition, your account may be closed if no Points are earned or redeemed during a 24-month period. All Points in the account at the time of termination, for any reason, will be forfeited at that time. These rights are in addition to any other remedy which may be available to us under applicable law.

We also reserve the right to reverse, without notice, any errors made in the posting or redemption of Points or in the display of Point balances.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All unredeemed Points at the time of termination are forfeit upon account deactivation.

3. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
You must comply at all times with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to you. You agree to comply with all the Program Rules and with the terms governing any Program Partner offers and promotions at all times. You agree that your participation in the Program is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your Program account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for the activities of anyone using your password. The receipt or redemption of Points, airline miles, or other Rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, with respect to the receipt or use of Points, miles, or other Rewards is solely your responsibility. You agree to check with your tax advisor regarding possible tax implications. You agree that if you object to any of the Program Rules, or any modifications thereof, or otherwise become dissatisfied with the Program, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Program and terminate your membership.

You agree to provide accurate information to us at all times and to promptly notify us of any change in address - mail or e-mail - by updating personal information at clubcarlson.com. This includes notifying us if your Club Carlson card is lost or stolen.

4. EARNING POINTS
You must identify yourself as a Program member and present your Card or membership number at the time of reservation or at check-in in order to earn Points on qualifying stays. Program members may collect Points for stays at participating hotels and will be awarded for eligible, paid room rates as follows:

Program members may collect 20 Points per U.S. Dollar for eligible, paid stays including food and beverage purchases charged to their room (excluding tax and other charges) at:

  • Radisson® hotels
  • Radisson Blu hotels
  • Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels 
  • Country Inn & Suites By CarlsonSM hotels
  • Park Inn by Radisson hotels and
  • Park Plaza® hotels

Ineligible Room Rates and other exclusions include: employee rates, family and friend rates, airline crew rates, travel agent rates, hotel employee rates, room rates that are billed on a master bill, tour operator rates, wholesaler rates, or rates booked through online travel companies or other third parties, including but not limited to, Booking.com, Hotwire, Hotels.com, Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, Travelocity, etc., as well as rooms booked through any other third parties online that require pre-payment. Complimentary rooms, including but not limited to rooms booked as Award Night stays, or stays involving other gift certificate or free night vouchers are also excluded.

Stays at Hotel Missoni and Regent Hotels & Resorts are ineligible for the Program and you cannot earn Points for these stays. 

If a hotel leaves the Carlson Hotels system or ceases to be a participating hotel, after you make a reservation but before your stay, you will not earn Points for that stay and any special offers will no longer be valid after the date the hotel leaves the system or terminates participation, even if your reservation was made prior to that date.

Points are considered earned on eligible room rates once the stay has been completed, fully paid and added to member’s account. Points will not be available for redemption before the stay has been completed and paid and the Points have been added to member’s account.

In addition to earning Points on eligible room rates, you may be able to earn Points for additional qualified spending at select hotels or through other Program offers.

Only one person per stay may receive Points and Points will be credited to the individual whose name appears on the reservation. You may earn Points on up to three rooms booked under the same reservation, but credit for multiple rooms must be  requested at or before the time of check-in. You may not earn both Points and Program Partner airline frequent flyer miles/credits for stays at a participating hotel. Points can only be earned in one program, and by providing a Club Carlson Card at check-in, you are selecting to earn Points in the Program for the stay.

For all "stay" related promotions and any references in Program Rules, a hotel "stay" means all consecutive nights spent at a participating qualifying hotel regardless of the number of check-in or check-outs that occur during that stay at a rate eligible to earn Points. If your stay is settled in a currency other than U.S. Dollars, then that currency will be converted to U.S. Dollars at the daily conversion rate provided by US Bank as of the last day of each eligible stay, and you will be awarded points based on the amount of converted U.S. Dollars.

Other earning opportunities: From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to earn Points from companies affiliated with the Program, such as car rental companies, credit card companies or other financial institutions, or service companies. These opportunities may vary based on the member’s country of residence, may not available to all members, are subject to change at any time in Carlson Hotels’ sole discretion, are governed by these Program Rules, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions as required by the affiliated company.

U.S. Members may earn additional Points on eligible charges, as well as receive other benefits, when using Club Carlson branded credit cards. Click here for additional information, terms and restrictions.

We will attempt to credit your account with Points on a timely basis. However, you are responsible for making sure that any Points are properly credited. Any claim for Points not credited accurately must be received by us within six (6) months of the date of claimed accrual of such Points along with supporting documentation.

Except where required by law, Points have no cash value and do not constitute property. In certain jurisdictions, where required by law, 750 Points would be deemed to have a cash value not exceeding one twentieth of one United States cent.

5. REDEEMING POINTS
Points may be redeemed only for Rewards offered through the Program. Points can be redeemed for  Rewards such as future award stay, airline miles, retail gift cards or prepaid cards as follows:

  • Online - sign in and on the home page choose "Award Stay" and enter the location and dates for your stay
  • or Online - sign in and go to the "Redeem" page and choose how you want to use your Points: select "Free Hotel Nights", "Airlines Miles", “Retail Cards” or "Prepaid Cards".
  • or Call Member Services - Member Services can assist you with redeeming points for an award.

When redeeming Points, you will be required to verify your membership information. For any redemption type, Points will be subtracted from your account at the time transaction is initiated and you must have sufficient Points in your account for the transaction.

Award stays at hotels are for standard rooms and are subject to availability. Additional room types may be available as award stays on a limited basis, but vary by hotel, are subject to availability and additional terms and restrictions, including blackout dates may apply. Award stays must be reserved in advance of stay. Award stays are subject to the cancellation policies of the participating hotels. Call or check online for availability.

If a hotel leaves the Carlson Hotels system or ceases to be a participating hotel, after you make a reservation for an award stay, but before your actual stay, Carlson Hotels will use reasonable efforts to have the hotel honor the award stay reservation, but Carlson Hotels can not and does not guarantee that any Award stays at such hotel will be honored. In addition, at the discretion of Carlson Hotels, Award Nights may no longer be available for reservation at a hotel once it is determined that such hotel will be leaving the Carlson Hotels system or otherwise will cease to be a participating hotel regardless of the length of time before such hotel actually leaves the system.

Rewards vary based on member’s country of residence and may not be available to all members. All Rewards are subject to change from time to time without notice at the discretion of Carlson Hotels. See clubcarlson.com for a list of current Rewards.

While staying at participating hotels, Members may be able to redeem Points for Express Awards Rewards. If redeeming Points at a participating hotel for Express Awards, you will be asked to provide your membership number and verification information. Redemption options may differ depending on your member tier (see ELITE STATUS TIERS section below) and by hotel.

Members may also elect to convert their Points into airline miles with participating airline Program Partners. The conversion of Points to airline miles varies by airline. See airline mile redemption section of clubcarlson.com for details on airline mile conversion rates. A maximum of 1-million points can be converted to airline miles in a calendar year.

Members may also have the opportunity to donate Points from time to time. Donated Points are not tax deductible.

6. ELITE STATUS TIERS
Members are eligible for Elite Status depending on the number of hotel nights or stays at participating hotel properties that you have in a calendar year. To earn Silver Elite status, you must have at least 15 nights or 10 stays that are eligible to earn Gold Points in one calendar year. To earn Gold Elite status, you must have at least 35 nights or 20 stays that are eligible to earn Gold Points in one calendar year.  To earn Concierge Elite status, you must have at least 75 nights or 30 stays that are eligible to earn Gold Points in one calendar year.  See Earning Points for the definition of stays that are eligible to earn Gold Points.

Once you have qualified for an elite status, you will be Elite for the remainder of that calendar year and the following calendar year. Elite members qualify for additional Member benefits depending on their elite status. If you earn an Elite status, you will receive a new Card showing your new status.

7. TRANSFERABILITY OF GOLD POINTS
A member may transfer ("gift") Points from their account to another Program member account by contacting Member Services.

Except as expressly set forth in the Program Rules, Points may never be sold, exchanged, bartered, transferred, or given without our written consent. The Card is non-transferable and is the property of Carlson Hotels, to whom it must be returned upon request. The only right you acquire in the Points is to surrender them for redemption.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER WE (CARLSON HOTELS), OUR AFFILIATES NOR OUR PARTNERS NOR ANY OF OUR OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, INJURY, DAMAGE, DELAY, TRAVEL CANCELLATION, ACCIDENT, COST OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS OF SUIT), NOR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO REVENUE, PROFITS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR DATA) (COLLECTIVELY, "LOSSES AND DAMAGES"), DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO (I) THE PROGRAM RULES; (II) THE CLUB CARLSON PROGRAM OR THE CLUBCARLSON.COM WEBSITE; (III) ANY FAILURE, DELAY OR DECISION BY US IN ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM; (IV) ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR CARD OR ANY BREACH OF SECURITY BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL; (V) ANY OFFER, REPRESENTATION, STATEMENT OR CLAIM ABOUT THE PROGRAM, ANY PARTNER OR SUPPLIER OR THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, MADE BY A PARTNER, SUPPLIER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY; (VI) ANY PRINTING, PRODUCTION, OR OTHER ERRORS IN ANY MEDIUM RELATED TO THE PROGRAM; (VII) ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO CREDIT POINTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; ANY FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROGRAM COMMUNICATION OR (VIII) THE PURCHASE, REDEMPTION FOR OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OF PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS WHETHER MADE AVAILABLE BY US, ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS OR OTHERWISE. PARTNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE OR OUR AFFILIATES OR OUR OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES AND DAMAGES, AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE SUCCESS OR EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER REMEDIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CARLSON HOTELS', IT'S AFFILIATES', AND ANY PARTNERS’ OR PARTICIPATING HOTEL'S MAXIMUM COMBINED AGGREGATE LIABILITY HEREUNDER FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER IN ANY CALENDAR YEAR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE MATTERS DESCRIBED ABOVE EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE UNITED STATES DOLLARS (U.S. $25.00).

IF ANY OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OR THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY IS FOUND TO BE VOID, INVALID, OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON BY A COURT OR AUTHORITY OF  COMPETENT JURISDICTION, THEN SUCH LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND/OR DISCLAIMER SHALL BE CHANGED AND INTERPRETED BY SUCH COURT OR AUTHORITY SO AS BEST TO ACCOMPLISH THE INTENT AND THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ORIGINAL PROVISIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND THE REMAINING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

9. NO WARRANTY
THE CLUB CARLSON PROGRAM, THE POINTS AND THE CLUBCARLSON.COM WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND. WE AND OUR AFFILIATES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM AND THE WEBSITE.

10. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS OR TERMINATION
Carlson Hotels reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice and without any further liability or obligation, to: suspend or change the Program, in whole or in part; to modify the Program Rules, in whole or in part; to modify, limit, or suspend any Program offers; to modify, limit or suspend the use or redemption of Points in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the number of Points required for particular Rewards; to modify, limit or suspend the accrual of Points, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in Point values; or to assign in whole or in part the Program to any related or unrelated entity. Upon assignment, the performance of the obligations herein, will thereafter be the responsibility of that entity. In addition, Carlson Hotels reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate the Program upon six months prior notice to all active members or, in the case of termination where the Program is replaced by a similar program, immediately upon notice to all active members. In the event of such termination of the Program, all Points not redeemed by the termination date of the Program will be forfeited to Carlson Hotels without compensation or any further obligation or liability, and no Reward claims will be honored thereafter.

You should not rely upon the continued availability of the Program, or any earning, redemption, or other offers made in connection with the Program. All offers are available while supplies last, subject to any applicable cancellation policies, and are subject to change and/or revocation without notice.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERPRETATION
Your enrollment application and Point earning and redemption claims under the Program or in connection therewith are subject to our verification and acceptance, which acts shall be deemed made, performed, transacted, and closed in Minnesota, USA. Any claim or dispute arising or relating thereo or otherwise involving the Program or the Program Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with that the laws of the State of Minnesota (USA), without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties hereby waive any right (a) to a trial by a jury or (b) to participate in a class action in court or in class-wide arbitration, whether as a class representative, class member or otherwise. Except for the Arbitration Provision below, all interpretations of these Program Rules shall be at the sole discretion of Carlson Hotels and will be based upon the English language version.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You and we expressly agree, as further consideration for your participation in this voluntary Program, that any dispute you may have with us arising in connection with the Program or these Program Rules (other than a dispute concerning the validity or enforceability of this Arbitration Provision) may at the election of either party be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") pursuant to the rules applicable to the dispute. Any arbitrator appointed for such arbitration proceedings must be an attorney or expert in the consumer promotions industry. Any arbitration hearing may be held by submission of documents and/or telephone if the parties so agree; otherwise the hearing will be held at a location reasonably convenient to where you reside or as otherwise agreed to by the parties. The arbitrator shall not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any type of representative or class proceeding.

13. GENERAL
Our failure to comply with the Program Rules because of an act of God, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of federal, state or local governmental authorities or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control will not be deemed a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Program Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your participation in the Program, your entitlement to earn and redeem Points through the Program, and your entitlement to any other benefits of the Program, and supersede all prior agreements between us, whether oral or written, including, without limitation, all previous versions of the Program Rules. If we fail to act with respect to your breach or anyone else's breach of the Program Rules on any occasion, we do not waive our right to act with respect to future or similar breaches.

If any provision of these Program Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, invalid, contrary to law, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

When you deal with us over the Internet, you consent to the formation of contractual relations through electronic communications.

1. PARTICIPATION IN THE BUSINESS PROGRAM
Participation in the Club Carlson for Business program (“Business Program”) is limited to duly organized business entities with a government issued tax identification number in participating countries that do not directly or indirectly (whether through a parent, affiliate, subsidiary, or otherwise) already have an existing global or national preferred corporate rate (“PCR”) with Carlson Hotels (such companies that are accepted into the Business Program, “Company” or, collectively, “Companies”).  Select PCR participants with discounts of 5% or less may still be eligible to participate in the Business Program and can contact Member Services for more information.  Travel agencies and other travel distributors are not eligible for the Business Program.  The Business Program is not a public offer; Companies that meet the Business Program qualifications are merely being invited to make offers for the accumulation, and use, of Gold Points in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  To be eligible to participate in the Business Program, Company must first apply and provide the information requested in the enrollment form.  Carlson Hotels reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the eligibility and acceptance of each Company that requests enrollment into the Business Program.  If Company’s application for enrollment in the Business Program is accepted, Carlson Hotels will issue a Company ID to be used by Company when making reservations at participating Carlson hotels in the U.S. and Canada, as well as a Business membership number to be used to administer Gold Points within the Company’s account.

2. EARNING POINTS AND DISCOUNT
Once approved and enrolled in the Business Program, Company ID must be provided (or, if booking online, Company ID must be entered in the Corporate Account ID field) at the time of reservation in order to be eligible for Gold Points and to receive the room rate discount.  Stays completed at eligible rates with the Company ID at participating Radisson®, Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM, Park Inn® and Park Plaza® hotels worldwide are eligible to receive:

  • 8 Gold Points per U.S. Dollar spent for eligible, paid stays (excluding taxes, gratuities and food and beverage spend) reserved directly with a Carlson hotel or via Carlson Hotels’ reservations center; or
  • 10 Gold Points per U.S. Dollar spent for eligible, paid stays (excluding taxes, gratuities and food and beverage spend) reserved on clubcarlson.com, Radisson.com, CountryInns.com, ParkInn.com, ParkPlaza.com, or any of Carlson’s mobile websites and applications; and
  • 5% discount off the standard nightly room rate (excludes promotional, qualified, negotiated, or private rates). Discount will be applied at the time of reservation. Discount does not apply to food and beverage spend or incidental charges such as resort fees, room service and room entertainment.

Carlson Hotels reserves the right to verify any Company's ongoing eligibility for participation in the Business Program or the stay(s) for which Gold Points are sought at any time.

3. INELIGIBLE ROOM RATES AND EXCLUSIONS
Ineligible Room Rates and other exclusions include: employee rates, family and friend rates, airline crew rates, travel agent rates, hotel employee rates, room rates that are billed on a master bill, tour operator rates, wholesaler rates, or rates booked through online travel companies or other third parties in which you pay for that booking directly to such online travel company or third party.  Reservations made through a travel agency are also excluded. Complimentary rooms, including but not limited to rooms booked as Award Night stays, or stays involving other gift certificate or free night vouchers are also excluded.

4. PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR AND COMMUNICATIONS
Company is responsible for ensuring adherence to the terms and conditions of the Business Program and all relevant policies and procedures.  Company must designate one employee (the “Administrator") who will administer the Business Program account as the Company’s representative.  The Administrator of the account must be an individual who is at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the place where the Administrator lives, whichever is older.  Administrator will receive updates on news and special offers from for the Business Program unless Administrator elects to opt-out of or unsubscribe from such messages in accordance with the Business Program Privacy Policy

Company agrees and acknowledges that the Administrator is responsible for coordinating Company’s account and participation in the Business Program, for keeping us informed of Company’s information, that the Administrator is the authorized representative of the Company for purposes of the Business Program and that Carlson Hotels may rely on any instructions, directions, or other information provided by the Administrator. Company is also responsible for promptly notifying Member Services to change its designated Administrator for the Business Program. Company agrees that Carlson Hotels will not be responsible for any lost, destroyed, or misdirected communications, or any consequences thereof.

5. REDEMPTION
Gold Points in Company’s account may only be redeemed by the Administrator, although awards may be utilized by any person designated by the Company.  Companies are not eligible to earn airline miles or to convert Gold Points to airline miles directly.  However, Administrator may contact Member Services to transfer Gold Points from the Company account to an individual member account for the redemption of awards such as airline miles.  Administrator may not transfer Gold Points from the Company account into Administrator’s own personal account. Company participation in the Business Program, including, without limitation, the earning and redeeming of Gold Points, is subject to all applicable governmental regulations.  Gold Point awards are void where prohibited by law.

6. GENERAL
Disputes arising from the use of Gold Points through the Business Program are the sole responsibility of the Company. Company is responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting requirements on any Gold Points issued or used in connection with the Business Program.

Company agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Club Carlson, Carlson Hotels, and any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, hotels, and partners from any liability, costs and/or damages (including attorneys fees) relating to any and all claims arising from or related to Company’s participation in the Business Program, including, but not limited to, failure to disclose the receipt of Gold Points,  the use of Gold Points by the Company, Administrator, or any other individual, Administrator’s conduct or actions, Company’s failure to provide ongoing current information,  and/or lost, destroyed or misdirected mail or other communications, or any consequences thereof.

All other Club Carlson Program terms and conditions apply.  By participating in the Business Program, you are consenting to and agree to be bound by the Club Carlson for Business Program terms and conditions, the Business Program privacy policy, as well as the terms and conditions of Club Carlson.  If at any time, Company no longer agrees to these terms and conditions, Company’s sole remedy is to discontinue participation in the Program and to contact us to close your account.

Carlson Hotels, Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms or discontinue the Club Carlson for Business Program, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
