I booked through a third party (Ex. Expedia, hotels.com) so why did my points expire when I stayed at one of your hotels in the past 24 months?
In order to keep your points, you must have a points eligible stay. Points eligible stays are only available by booking directly through our brand web sites, mobile app, reservations center or directly with the hotel. Third party site reservations are not eligible for point earning.
