Why wasn’t I notified that my points were going to expire?
Notification is sent to all members prior to points expiring via the email address provided in your member account. It is your responsibility to keep all member profile data current, including any changes to your preferred email address, in order for us to communicate updates to your account or program terms and conditions. Please check and adjust spam filters to ensure receipt of Club Carlson emails.
