What should I do if I did not receive Gold Points for a hotel stay?
If you do not believe you were correctly credited for a transaction, you must contact Member Services within six months of that stay or other qualifying transaction. On clubcarlson.com, select “My Statement” and review transactions to confirm your stay has not posted. If not, select ‘Missing a transaction for a recent stay?’ and complete the stay information.
