What is the Club Carlson for Travel Arrangers program? Club Carlson for Travel Arrangers is a rewards program (“Travel Arrangers Program”) designed for non-professional travel arrangers, executive assistants and administrative assistants who book hotel stays on behalf of their organization’s business travelers. As a member, you can earn Gold Points® for your eligible bookings at any of our 1,000+ Carlson Rezidor hotels around the world.
Which hotels are included in the program? All hotels of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group are participating in the Travel Arrangers Program including: Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu®, Radisson®, Radisson RED, Park Plaza®, Park Inn® by Radisson, and Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM.
Am I eligible to participate in the program? Membership is open to non-professional travel arrangers, executive assistants and administrative staff, residing in eligible countries, who book hotel room reservations on behalf of their organization’s business travelers. Please see program Terms and Conditions for more details on obligations and participation. Void where prohibited by law.
How do I join the Club Carlson for Travel Arrangers program? Please enroll by contacting the sales staff at any Carlson Rezidor hotel and asking to join the Club Carlson for Travel Arrangers program. Membership is subject to all program Terms and Conditions and is void where prohibited by law.
How much does it cost to become a Travel Arranger member? There is no enrollment fee for membership in the Club Carlson for Travel Arrangers program.
Is it possible to enroll more than one Travel Arranger per company? Several individuals that make travel reservations for their organization’s business travelers may be enrolled from the same company; however, each will have a different membership number.
What if I leave my company for a new job, does my membership transfer? Yes, as your points are individual points, they will be associated to your personal member account. However, you must receive your new organization’s approval prior to booking hotel reservations for your new organization’s business travelers in accordance with the Travel Arrangers program’s Terms and Conditions and accruing points for such reservations.
Do we provide a membership card? Yes. After enrollment an email will be sent to you to activate your account. Upon activation you will see your membership along with confirmation that your Club Carlson account has been successfully created. You may choose to print your card from this screen.
How do I earn Travel Arranger points when booking online? ENROLL: To become a member of the Travel Arrangers program, contact the sales staff at any Carlson Rezidor hotel and inquire about joining the program. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a member number.
BOOK & EARN: Once enrolled, simply log in with your member number on clubcarlson.com or any of our hotel brand websites and book your business associates’ travel needs at participating Carlson Rezidor hotels. We’ll automatically track your bookings and award points to your account after travel is complete. Please allow up to seven (7) days for your points to become available for redemption.
How many points do I earn as a Travel Arranger? Members earn 10 Gold Points for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible hotel nights at any of our global hotel locations. Points will not be earned on taxes and service charges.
Can the Travel Arranger and the Traveler earn points at the same time? Yes. The Travel Arranger earns 10 Gold Points for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible hotel nights at Carlson Rezidor hotels. In order for the Traveler who stays at the participating hotel to earn Gold Points, they must also be a Club Carlson member and their membership number must be entered during the online booking process or at hotel check-in.
If I am arranging the travel AND travelling as well, will I earn the Travel Arranger points as well as my individual Club Carlson points? If you book and stay at a Carlson Rezidor hotel, you will earn points as a guest pursuant to Club Carlson Terms and Conditions and not as a part of Club Carlson for Travel Arrangers program. You will earn the individual 20 Gold Points per U.S. dollar spent as an individual Club Carlson member.
What if I don't use my points before the end of the year? Gold Points do not have an expiration date as long as your account remains active by earning or redeeming within a 24-month period.
When can I expect to see my points added to my account? Please allow up to seven (7) days after the travel is complete for your points to become available to be redeemed. To view your account activity, go to clubcarlson.com and log in to see My Account tab.
Am I allowed to pool my Travel Arranger Gold Points with other members? No. Participation in the Travel Arrangers program is by individual account only. Pooling of points or team accounts is considered fraudulent and will result in the loss of all points. Please see full Terms and Conditions.
Are Travel Arranger Gold Points transferable? Points accrued by an individual member are not transferable to another member under any circumstance and is considered fraudulent and will result in the loss of all points. Please see more details in the Terms and Conditions (Refer to section 3. Gold Points, d. Miscellaneous, ii. Transfers)
Can I earn points on meetings and events as well? Club Carlson for Travel Arranger awards points for hotel room bookings only. For more information about earning points for meetings and events please visit Club Carlson for Planners.
I've not received my Travel Arrangers Gold Points for a stay that was completed over a month ago. What should I do? Please contact Member Services at email@example.com for assistance.
What can I redeem my points for? Redeem your Gold Points for all your favorite Club Carlson rewards, like Award Night stays at more than 1,000+ Carlson Rezidor hotels worldwide. You can also choose gift cards from popular merchants, prepaid cards, airline miles and more. Rewards vary by country. Void where prohibited by law and redemption of points is subject to Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

How do I update my account information? You can update your account information at any time by signing in and selecting My Account, then going to My Profile to view your Club Carlson account information. To update your address, email address, and preferences, select the “Update Profile” button. You will be sent an email that contains a link to complete your updates.
Where can I see my Travel Arranger reservations? Once logged in to your account on clubcarlson.com, you can view your travelers’ reservations by selecting My Bookings.
Your reservations made for your personal travel can be found by selecting My Account then “My Reservations”.
Where can I see my point balance and account activity? Your account balance will be displayed at the top of each page when you sign in to your account at clubcarlson.com. View your recent transaction history by signing in and selecting My Account then My Statement.
Will I receive regular account statements? Yes. You will receive occasional emails with your point balance and special offers and discounts available to you as a member. You may choose to opt in or out of promotional emails on the My Profile page within your member account. You can change your settings any time.
